Citizens Defending Freedom to hold Remnant Pastors Training Conference alongside August gala

FRISCO, Texas.  — Alongside Citizens Defending Freedom’s (CDF) upcoming August gala, the group will also be hosting an event called Igniting the Remnant Pastors, a training conference for pastors, as part of its Remnant Alliance project.

The Remnant Alliance’s goal is to help pastors change the complexion of their communities by

empowering God’s people to engage and uphold His Kingdom, while standing against evil in the community.

The training conference will be hosted from July 31 to Aug. 2 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas Frisco Hotel and Convention Center in Frisco, Texas.

The conference will feature such distinguished guests as Jim Garlow, the CEO of Well Versed, which serves as a ministry to members of Congress, Frank Pavone, the national director of Priests for Life and David Hoag, the president of Warner University and a board member of the Council of Christian Colleges and Universities.

During the event, training sessions will be held for pastors who are looking to step outside the pulpit and into their communities, where they should be openly spreading the word of God to everyone, not just members of the church.

There will also be a Women’s Luncheon hosted by award-winning journalist Lara Logan, and a Men’s Luncheon hosted by General Michael Flynn (Ret.).

"Pastors shouldn’t just be preaching on Sundays," said Steve Maxwell, co-founder of CDF. "We need them actively engaging in their local communities, addressing the moral challenges we often encounter. The Remnant Alliance Pastors’ Conference is designed to provide direction, motivation, and fellowship, enabling pastors to influence their communities for the Kingdom of God. Its impact is eternal."
