Judge Rules Against Fathers Defending Girls’ Sports

In a deeply troubling decision, U.S. District Judge Steven McAuliffe ruled that a New

Hampshire school district may ban parents from school sporting events for the simple act

of wearing pink "XX" wristbands — a peaceful protest affirming the truth that God created

two sexes, male and female. These parents, concerned for their daughters' safety and

fairness, silently objected when a biological male was permitted to compete against girls on

the soccer field. Instead of protecting girls' sports, the court ruled that expressing basic

biological reality could be deemed "demeaning" and grounds for exclusion.

This case exposes the growing hostility toward anyone who dares to stand for truth in

today's culture. While Bow School District openly permits pride flags and political messaging

under the banner of "inclusion," it punishes parents who respectfully assert God's design.

Such clear viewpoint discrimination is not only unconstitutional — it is morally wrong.

To quote Anthony Foote, one of the parents in the case, who boldly stated, "This ruling is a

slap in the face to every parent who believes schools should be a place of fairness, not

political indoctrination." This embodies the courage we so desperately need.

Harmeet Dhillon, have committed to defending these parents’ constitutional rights. In

response to a post from collegiate swimmer Riley Gaines about how this case shows just

how deeply our society has fallen into confusion and rebellion against biological and biblical

truth, both Dhillon and Bondi expressed that they are investigating this issue while

expressing their belief that the ruling was unconstitutional.

The right to speak truth — especially about something as fundamental as male and female

— must not be surrendered because it makes some uncomfortable. Christians must

continue to stand firmly, with grace and conviction, against this assault on truth, fairness,

and parental rights.
