We have partnered with Do No Harm Florida, led by DNHF Founder and President of Florida Right to Life, Lynda Bell; Chairman, Dr. John Littell; Spokesperson, Dr. Rebecca Peck, and other coalition affiliates, to educate Floridians on the misleading language of Constitutional Amendment 4 before the Nov. 5 election.
This amendment's vague wording opens the door to make it the most radical abortion law in the country.

Addressing the Corruption of Federal Agencies

In April 2024, it was announced that the U.S. Census Bureau would be going forward with its changes to add “sexual orientation” and “gender identity” to the American Community Survey (ACS), costing $10 million to implement. Approximately 3.5 million (about 1 in 38) U.S. households per year are asked to participate in the ACS. These changes affirming gender ideology will apply to individuals as young as 15 years of age.
Per Biden Administration's Executive Order 14075, the U.S. Census Bureau has now been instructed to collect these intrusive personal details under the guise of addressing “discrimination and barriers that LGBTQI+ individuals and families face." One of the stated goals of the Executive Order is to expand federal subsidies for so-called “healthcare” and housing. This includes “expanding access” to sex change surgeries. This is especially problematic since the ACS is used to direct where such subsidies are directed, helping to determine how more than 675 billion of taxpayer dollars are distributed each year.
Title IX ToolKit
On April 19, 2024, the Biden administration usurped the United States Congress by expanding the plain meaning of “on the basis of sex” discrimination to implicate sexual orientation and gender identity. A final version of this rule was published in the Federal Register on April 29, 2024 and may be viewed here. Following the election of the new American Library Association (ALA)’s President with the proclaimed goal of “queering” the library field, these resources seek to equip, educate, and empower citizens in calling for the termination of and divestment from any membership or affiliation with the ALA and its state-chapters, including the Florida Library Association (FLA), Texas Library Association (TLA), and Georgia Library Association (GLA).
These resources also strive to raise awareness towards how submitting to the ALA’s authority is the equivalent of endorsing the use of taxpayer dollars to support an institution that, in openly embracing cultural Marxism, critical race theory, and gender ideology, has created barriers for people of faith and other concerned citizens who find the ALA’s progressive agenda to be inconsistent with America’s biblical founding and Judeo-Christian ideals.
Religious Liberty for Faith-Based Organizations in Federal Grants and Awards

On October 5, 2023, the Biden Administration’s Office of Management and Budget (OMB) proposed a new federal rule which would require those receiving federal grant moneys to comply with the faulty idea that gender is fluid or else face the chance of losing federal grant support.
What’s more, the proposed rule intentionally removes religious liberty protections in the administration of Federal grants and awards. This would directly impact faith-based organizations who currently use grants to offer vital community services such as feeding the homeless, running foster homes and adoption services, and providing support to victims of domestic violence.
